God Be With You Till We Meet Again...

Forget buying toys.....give them a bucket and they will be happy for hours...Hayden and Xander love playing in this bucket...Hayden really likes to jump off it...No Fear in that kid!!!



No school today...I hate no school days....Friday the kids were out of school all day because of a Lock-Down and today no school because of MLK's Birthday....My kids have never been sledding so today i took Sky and Ash over to the park and let them have a run at it...They had so much fun...They even made me ride a few times but thank goodness I had the camera so no pictures of that...The hill we went on wasn't big but it was good enough for them...





Last week I took Hayden out in the snow for the first time...He loved it...I couldn't find his gloves so his hands got cold but he didn't want to come in...The snow was up to his knees but he insisted on walking through the deepest part...

Just a few moments i wanted to share of my kiddos...I love these guys!!!

Sunday

We did it!!!!2 weeks in a row we went to church as a family...this week didn't go as smoothly as last but it was still worth it....Hayden had to be taken out during sacrament meeting.....but I'm glad i went....Xander cried through most of Sunday school and I walked around the halls with him half of third hour.....but I'm glad i went....someone took Ashlynn's coat home by mistake.....but I'm glad i went......and next Sunday when things are crazy and my kids are being kids ill still be glad i went....I'm not going to give Satan the satisfaction of keeping me home from church....Ashlynn is giving a talk next week and she is so excited....and Skyler wants to learn everything he can before he is "bathtized" this year....I just want to say thanks to my mom and dad for all their prayers over the past few years...i know its taken a while but I'm going to stay active this time....

Saturday is a Special day...

So here it is Saturday night....I'm trying to lay everything out for Sunday morning so that things go smoothly....Last Sunday we all went to church and I really enjoyed it for the first time in a while...Jeff came and I am so thankful for that...The kids did really well and I could really feel the spirit.....this week we are going to try to get there a little earlier so we can sit in the chapel instead of the over flow.....I am excited to really dive into the Book of Mormon and to learn about Joseph Smith and listen to his council....

So even though I'm going crazy tonight to find all the church socks and make sure i have everything i need for Sunday I'm grateful for Sunday and i look forward to church tomorrow.....Saturday is a special day it's the day we get ready for Sunday!!!!

Losing It...

I have been working towards losing weight and living a healthier life...well I am glad to say i have been working out...but my eating habits haven't changed a whole lot...that is my goal for next week...I'm going to be really conscious of what i put into my mouth...I can use all the encouragement i can get...this spring I want to be in better shape for my soccer team...

New Year

A new year....This year started out a little rough...I got sick on New Years Eve...It started out with chills and turned into Strep throat...Not Fun...I don't have any insurance but i had to go to the ER...haven't seen the bill yet...ARRRR....SO they gave me a nice big shot of penicillin in my BUTT!!!!.....and they gave me something for nausea and pain....So these past few days i have been in a daze....here are a few pics from Hayden and Xanders birthday party we had on New Years Eve...oh yeah and check out my new blog....We're Losing It!!!
